Lists, lists, lists. The stuff of click bait. But I’m not going to give you a list of things you shouldn’t do, I’m going to share my latest life hack:
When I write a new to do list, I now start with three things… not to do…. And put those three things at the top of my list.
So I now automatically have three things I’m not going to stress myself about, before I even begin thinking about what I’m going to prioritise.
The idea is to create space, time and … calm. We’re all so busy, busy, busy. I want to help you take a step back, relax and re-claim at least a little bit of your day.
To help you understand what I mean, let’s take a look at my to-do list for today, along with my three things not to do at the top.
Item number one, not to do:
- Do not, under any circumstances, get roped in to writing a blog post for BOLDtext.
